EVERGREEN PROJECT
Located in the beloved Coronado Historic District of Phoenix, Arizona, the Evergreen Project is a culmination of color, character, and conscious design. When our Coronado neighbors approached us to create a unique, eclectic, maximalist, and vegan friendly living room, we saw an opportunity to design a space that radiates both personality and purpose. For this growing young family, the living room needed to do it all - serve as a lively hosting space and a comfortable family gathering zone, without compromising on beauty or individuality. The design centers around a statement sofa in a bold hue, which instantly grounds the space with energy and intention. From there, we layered pattern, texture, and form to strike the balance between maximalist charm and refined cohesion. A subtle floral wallpaper wraps the gallery wall in gentle movement, setting the tone for a room that feels fresh and expressive without overpowering. Above, the curated collection of art acts as both focal point and conversation piece, weaving together the clients story and personality. Because this room serves as the heart of family life, we prioritized comfort and scale. Two large rugs were layered side-by-side to fill the expansive footprint, softening acoustics and adding visual depth. Each piece of furniture was carefully chosen for its inviting texture, easy care, and sculptural quality. The result is a space that feels warm, collected, and lived-in, yet undeniably elevated. In alignment with the homeowners’ values, every selection was vegan and ethically sourced, proof that high design can coexist with conscious living. From textiles and upholstery to finishes and adhesives, every detail supports a compassionate and sustainable ethos. Phase Two will expand this project to include a kitchen and dining redesign, completing the home’s transformation of community spaces. These spaces will continue this theme of vibrant yet livable design, tying the home together through color, pattern, and joyful intent. The Evergreen Project is us at our most expressive - bold, heartfelt, and layered. It’s a reminder that “home” can be both a reflection of who you are and what you believe in and creates a space that feels alive, layered, and distinctly our clients.
