PALM VALLEY PROJECT
Set against the scenic backdrop of the Palm Valley Golf Course in Goodyear, Arizona, this project brought timeless sophistication and easy modern living together under one roof. The Palm Valley Project was a marrying of styles - “his”, organic modern with contemporary elements, and “hers”, English cottage with traditional details. Our challenge was to make both partners happy with a fresh perspective - something elegant yet approachable, classic yet current. We reimagined their home with a focus on flow, texture, and warmth, blending heritage-inspired tones with airy desert light. Each space feels connected, creating a cohesive visual rhythm from the kitchen to the living areas and beyond. In the heart of the home, the kitchen was completely gutted and re-envisioned for both beauty and performance. We selected timeless materials, integrated modern appliances, and introduced thoughtful detailing - custom cabinetry, curated hardware, and elevated lighting to achieve a space that feels refined yet livable. The result is a kitchen designed not just for cooking, but for gathering, entertaining, and enjoying everyday rituals. From foundation to finishing touches, we curated furniture, textiles, and art that evoke both homeowners personalities and tell their story as a couple. Soft neutrals meet structured silhouettes, natural wood tones balance statement lighting, and every room is styled for both form and function. Layered textures - linen, velvet, leather, stone—give the interiors warmth and movement, while subtle metallics and saturated moments of color bring dimension and drama. Palm Valley represents what we love most: bringing a sense of narrative and nuance to modern living and with an aesthetic completely unique to the clients. It’s a home that feels grounded in its Arizona surroundings yet universally timeless - a place where design and lifestyle coexist effortlessly.
