We preserved the home’s original tudor charm, thoughtfully reworking each space to feel current yet timeless, creating the feeling of escape. From the moment you step inside, you no longer feel like you are in the desert, and have been transported to a countryside home. From refined millwork and curated finishes to updated lighting and bespoke hardware, we considered every detail. For this young family, functionality through intentionality was a must. Each room honors both function and aesthetic: a family room that flows with the kitchen for lively gatherings, an adult space with the sitting room that retreats into calm elegance, and striking statement pieces grounded in quality craftsmanship and family style meals in the dining room. Our Riata project truly exemplifies how a partially-renovated home can feel fully transformed.
