The people who print it
If you’ve been around here a while, you know we don’t partner casually. William Morris Wallpaper Co. came to us with something rare: a genuine respect for designers as artists, patterns made properly — in repeat, at scale, meant to live on real walls — and an initiative that made the decision for us (more on Both Rooms below). They print, we design, and neither of us pretends to do the other’s job. That’s the whole arrangement, and it’s why it works.
Floreale Curioso, on your walls
This collection began as a photography collaboration — still lifes we built with our photographer and described, at the time, as intuitive balance just off center. Divine feminine and masculine in tandem. Calla lilies and scabiosas beside cinderblock and chain. Pears and tomatoes that feel vascular and alive, held together by objects that have no business being that beautiful.
The wallpaper is that same conversation, in repeat. Some patterns lean far organic, some far geometric — as a collection they balance, the way a gathered room does. Blues, butter yellows, greens, pinks, deep eggplants, grounded in black, white and gray. Quirky on purpose. Slightly out of place, exactly where it belongs.
